Timothy Draper’s net worth is more than $1 Billion. Of course, he owns cryptos, other than Bitcoin, but most of his faith lies exactly on the Bitcoin market. And still, he is on the 2324th position on Forbes’ list.


9. Fred Ehrsam


Frederick Ernest Ehrsam III, has a net worth of more than $2 billion. He is one of the creators, and today a partner of the crypto-investment firm paradigm Operations. He is also a co-founder of Coinbase. Today, he is not a part of the platform, but still retains a 6% stake and also a place on the board of directors there. 


8. Jed McCaleb


With $2.5 billion dollars, McCaleb is on 1238th position in the list. He is an American programmer and entrepreneur and is currently a CTO for decentralized payment network Stellar. He is also a co-founder of the platform. Furthermore, he was also in the launching team of Ripple Labs. Although he left the company, he has made some profits from it.


7. Barry Silbert


Next in our list is the founder and CEO of Digital Currency Group, Barry Silbert. Before that, he was a founder and manager of the Second Market stock trading company, which he later sold to Nasdaq.


Digital Currency Group has holdings in about 200 companies and manages 28 billion dollars worth of crypto assets. Silbert has a worth of over $3 billion.


6. Song Chi-Hyung


Song Chi-Hyung is the founder and CEO of the biggest South Korean exchange. He is worth $3.7 billion and is at 801st place on world rankings.


5. Cameron Winklevoss and Tyler Winklevoss


After a legal tussle with Facebook (Meta) founder Mark Zuckerberg, the twins started showing interest in the crypto industry. They found a crypto-based company in 2012 and bought their first Bitcoin the same year.

Only a year after, they announced they possess around $11 million in Bitcoin, and today their net worth is $4 billion. Cameron Winklevoss and Tyler Winklevoss also own an NFT marketplace called Nifty Gateway, with an average value of $1 billion.


4. Gary Wang


Gary Wang graduated in math and computer science, and was a part of Google's team prior to co-founding the FTX exchange in 2019. Today he serves as CTO there and owns FTT tokens worth over $600 million and 16% of the company. His net worth is almost $6 billion.


3. Brian Armstrong


The current CEO of Coinbase, which is one of the most popular crypto exchanges, has a valuation of about $6.6 billion. 


Brian Armstrong is a strong advocate for global economic freedom. He is also a philanthropist, and is involved in the GiveCrypto.org and ResearchHub projects. In 2020, he was, 1990th in the world’s billionaire list, while in 2022 he is at the 375th place.


2. Sam Bankman-Fried


Well known for his altruism, Sam Bankman owns about half of FTX, worth almost $32 billion. He has a famous philosophy, known as “earning to give” and has plans of giving away half of his wealth. He is the second-richest crypto billionaire, with a net worth of $24 billion.

He is the founder of one of the biggest crypto exchanges - Binance, and it is not a surprise he is currently worth over $65 billion.  Zhao founded the platform in 2017, after working on some other projects.


Today he is in the top 20 of the crypto the wealthiest people and has also plans of donating most of his fortune.
